Job Description

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  1. Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) activities , ensuring smooth coordination across internal stakeholders and business units
  2. Monitor and manage overdue accounts , proactively engaging customers via phone and email to drive timely payment
  3. Analyse customer financial data and payment behaviour to support credit risk assessment and decision-making
  4. Identify and investigate billing discrepancies, disputes, and complex AR issues , ensuring timely resolution
  5. Support the development and enhancement of collection strategies, policies, and process improvements to improve DSO and reduce overdue exposure
  6. Prepare and present accounts receivable and collections performance reports for management review
  7. Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions, agreements, and collection activities within ERP systems
  8. Collaborate closely with shared services teams, finance business partners, and cross-functional stakeholders globally
  9. Act as an escalation point for complex collection cases and operational issues
  10. Support training, mentoring, and knowledge sharing within the team
  11. Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and relevant accounting standards (GAAP/local regulations)
  12. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, projects, and operational transitions

What We Are Looking For

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in Credit Control, Collections, Accounts Receivable, or Order-to-Cash functions
  2. Strong understanding of O2C processes and collections lifecycle
  3. Ability to analyse financial data and interpret customer financial statements or credit information
  4. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage external customers and internal stakeholders confidently
  5. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle or similar platforms)
  6. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (reporting, analysis, data handling)
  7. Strong attention to detail with a structured and organised working style
  8. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle complex issues independently
  9. Exposure to process improvement or continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Six Sigma is a plus)
  10. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-country operational environment
