Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic
Credit Risk professional to for the
Center of Excellence for Global Credit, supporting APAC, EMEA, and LATAM regions from our Malaysia hub. Reporting to the
Senior Manager, International Credit, this role is pivotal in driving credit risk excellence, fostering a high-performing team, and delivering impactful insights to senior stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with strong analytical acumen, capable of navigating complex credit environments and inspiring innovation. You will play a key role in shaping credit strategies, optimizing processes, and building a culture of trust, empowerment, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Global Collaboration: Partner with regional credit teams and cross-functional stakeholders to align on risk strategies and working capital goals.
- Credit Assessment: Oversee in-depth credit evaluations using financial data, trading history, and market intelligence.
- Process Innovation: Champion automation, streamline workflows, and support global initiatives to enhance credit operations.
What You Bring
- 57 years in credit management (MNC experience preferred),
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Agile mindset with a passion for digital transformation and data-driven decision-making.
- SAP and credit insurance experience are advantages.
- Fluent in English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
