We are hiring for a client, a global technology-driven organization that is expanding its Microsoft Infrastructure and Endpoint Management practice in Malaysia.
We are looking for a highly skilled SCCM / Intune Customer Engineer who can work closely with enterprise customers, support complex endpoint management environments, and provide technical expertise across both on-premises and cloud-based device management platforms.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support and optimize Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft Intune environments
- Manage enterprise device management and endpoint security initiatives
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to endpoint management
- Drive device compliance, configuration management, and policy enforcement
- Support Windows Autopilot deployments and modern workplace initiatives
- Assist customers in migrating workloads from SCCM to Intune
- Provide technical guidance and best-practice recommendations to enterprise customers
- Collaborate with internal engineering and escalation teams on advanced technical issues
- Deliver exceptional customer-facing support and consultation
What We're Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience with SCCM and Microsoft Intune
- Experience managing large-scale enterprise environments
- Knowledge of Windows device management and endpoint security
- Experience with Autopilot, MDM, device compliance policies, and application deployment
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities
- Excellent customer-facing communication skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working across both on-premises and cloud environments
