Requirements:

- Experience in customer service management will be added advantage.

Essential Job Functions
- Provide a prompt and professional response to customer inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow-up to ensure resolution.
- Communicating and coordinating with relevant stakeholders to response and resolve customer complaints.
- Keeping records of customer ratings, comments, and complaints.
- Work closely with QA department to drive continuous improvement on the productâs quality that is impacting the customers.
- Work closely with Operations team and oversea warehouse to manage the replacement parts.
- Communicating and coordinating with relevant stakeholders (D&D and QC) to provide product technical details to US customer support team if required.
- Take extra mile to engage customers.
