Job Description

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in relevant fields such as Business Administration, Mass Communication,etc.
  • Experience in customer service management will be added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Willing to work in US & UK time zone.


We are a fast-growing furniture exporter located at a Top Glove Tower, Setia Alam searching for highly-qualified candidates the following positions:


Essential Job Functions

  • Provide a prompt and professional response to customer inquiries.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow-up to ensure resolution.
  • Communicating and coordinating with relevant stakeholders to response and resolve customer complaints.
  • Keeping records of customer ratings, comments, and complaints.
  • Work closely with QA department to drive continuous improvement on the product’s quality that is impacting the customers.
  • Work closely with Operations team and oversea warehouse to manage the replacement parts.
  • Communicating and coordinating with relevant stakeholders (D&D and QC) to provide product technical details to US customer support team if required.
  • Take extra mile to engage customers.
