Job Mission

To safeguard TNB's critical infrastructure and sensitive data by designing and implementing robust cloud security architectures, ensuring the reliability and integrity of TNB's services while proactively addressing and mitigating diverse cyber threats.

Job Responsibilities

• Utilize sophisticated tools and methodologies to proactively identify and analyse advanced threats, vulnerabilities, and security risks
• Lead and coordinate response efforts for complex cybersecurity incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution
• Collaborate with the IT and security teams to review and enhance the security architecture, ensuring it aligns with industry best practices and standards
• Employ advanced analytics techniques to interpret and analyze security data, providing actionable insights for proactive threat mitigation
• Conduct analysis of malware and other security incidents to understand their nature, origins, and potential impact on the organization
• Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and trends, integrating threat intelligence into daily security operations. Manage consumption of external intelligence and creation of intelligence for internal consumption
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation related to security processes, incident response plans, and security controls
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing guidance and expertise to ensure the seamless integration of cybersecurity measures within the organization

Job Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a SOC environment or a related cybersecurity role
• Proven experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on advanced threat detection and incident response
• Possess a bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field
• GIAC certifications in threat hunting, DFIR and Cyber Threat Intelligence will be an added advantage
• Previous experience as a penetration tester or red team will also be an added advantage
