Ansell is looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst to join our global team.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the correct tools, strategies, and processes are in place to reduce risk and protect Ansell's digital assets. You will oversee the global IT security infrastructure, ensuring it is strategically positioned to protect critical business environments.

What your role will be
Collaborating with our cross-functional teams, you will have the opportunity to drive security excellence through the following responsibilities:
Security Operations & Threat Management
- Vulnerability Management: Administer the global IT vulnerability management platform, including the automation of scans, reporting, and remediation planning
- Security Stack Management: Manage and monitor enterprise security stacks, including Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Secure Email Gateways, and Next-Gen Firewalls
- Identity & Access Security: Oversee protection tools for Identity Access Management (IAM), endpoint security, and cloud office environments
- Threat Analysis: Conduct daily analysis of top threats across all platforms, including breach investigations and log analysis via SIEM solutions
- Incident Response: Respond to IT security incidents through active remediation and escalation. You will also lead incident reporting for major events and conduct annual tabletop exercises
Infrastructure & Governance
- Network Security: Take responsibility for network security areas including Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS), Web Content Filters, Remote Access solutions, and Authentication methods
- Process Improvement: Perform in-depth analysis of IT processes and procedures to continuously increase the organization's security posture
- Auditing: Audit user and group account permissions to ensure least-privilege access
- Project Leadership: Participate in special projects regarding infrastructure upgrades, security enhancements, and the evaluation of new hardware/software technologies to support business needs
- Security Culture: Create user awareness training materials and evangelize security best practices across the organization
What will you bring to Ansell
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field is preferred
- Certifications: Desired certifications include Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Cisco Certified Network Associate Security (CCNA-Security), Comptia Security+, any other Cybesecurity relatet certifications.
- Security Frameworks: Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001.
- IT Service Management: Familiarity with ITIL tools and processes
- Enterprise Security Technologies: Proven experience managing enterprise-grade security technologies (Firewalls, EDR, Email Security)
- Microsoft Environments: Strong experience with Windows Servers, Active Directory, and Microsoft-based security ecosystems
- Vulnerability Management: Experience administering vulnerability scanning and management platforms
- SIEM & Logging: Proficient with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools and log analysis
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate across IT teams
- Analytical Mindset: Result-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to rapidly changing technology and threat landscapes
