Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and implement data and security policies.
- Ensure all security measures are current and upgraded as needed.
- Regularly test safety measures to ensure system integrity.
- Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve security issues.
- Familiarity with Arbor, F5, and WAF.
- Strong understanding of technology infrastructures: Firewalls, VPN, Data Loss Prevention, IDS/IPS, Web-Proxy, Security Audits.
- Handle administrative tasks and collaborate with other departments to maintain network security.
- Perform penetration testing and network maintenance (installation, testing, configuration).
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a System Security Engineer.
- 3-5 years in incident detection, response, and forensics.
- Experience with Firewalls, Office 365 Security, VSX, Endpoint Security, F5.
- Knowledge of database and operating system security.
- Hands-on experience with security systems: firewalls, intrusion detection, anti-virus, authentication, log management, content filtering.
- Expertise in network security and monitoring tools.
- Understanding of security principles, techniques, protocols.
- Familiarity with web technologies and network/web protocols.
- Continuous learning in networking, security techniques, firewalls, VPN, DNS.
- Knowledge of information security, evaluation, policies, cloud security, security audits.
