This full-time, on-site role is based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets to extract insights, creating detailed reports, and providing actionable recommendations to improve business performance. Key responsibilities include data interpretation, developing data models, working with cross-functional teams, and identifying business trends. The role also involves ensuring data accuracy, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to the organization's data-driven decision-making processes.

• Proficiency in data analytics tools and technologies such as SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in interpreting and processing large datasets to derive insights.
• Knowledge of data management principles, data modeling, and database design.
• Solid understanding of business intelligence (BI) processes and a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with working in industries such as BFSI, Healthcare, or Logistics is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree is a bonus.
