About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and innovative Data Analyst who thrives at the intersection of data science, digital media, and business insights. This role is ideal for someone with coding and dashboard-building expertise, combined with strong analytical curiosity, who is eager to experiment with new martech and adtech solutions to empower media planning teams.
Key Responsibilities
· Dashboard Development & Automation – Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards that automate data integration and reporting, ensuring clients and teams have timely and accurate insights.
· Workflow Efficiency – Streamline data processes through automation, reducing manual effort and improving scalability of reporting and campaign tracking.
· Data Analysis & Insights – Analyze performance data and market inputs to uncover actionable insights that support digital planning and client strategies.
· Coding & Data Management – Apply coding skills (Python, R, SQL, etc.) to clean, model, and structure data, enhancing the quality and usability of dashboards and analytical tools.
· Cross-team Collaboration – Partner with internal stakeholders through clear presentation and effective project management, translating requirements into practical, data-driven solutions.
Qualifications
· Hands-on experience with dashboard development with existing tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, Quicksight).
· Proficiency in coding languages such as Python, R, or SQL is a plus.
· Strong analytical skills with both quantitative (data / statistical) and qualitative (business/market research) perspectives.
· Candidates with backgrounds in digital planning, business analysis or market research who are keen to pivot into data-driven roles are encouraged to apply.
· Excellent communication skills to simplify technical concepts and enable cross-team collaboration.
· Self-driven, curious, and passionate about staying ahead of digital, martech, and adtech developments.
