We're looking for a Data Analytics Lead who can turn numbers into strategy and insights into impact. You'll lead the charge in building a data-driven culture, spotting trends early, and helping the business grow smarter and faster.
What You'll Do
- Drive a culture of data accuracy, curiosity, and learning
- Turn business questions into insights across marketing, product, and finance
- Build predictive models for churn, lifetime value, and demand
- Detect fraud patterns and create early warning systems
- Present clear, evidence-based recommendations to leadership
- Align key metrics and KPIs across teams
What You Bring
- 46 years in data analytics
- Strong in SQL + Python or R
- Hands-on with BI tools (Looker, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Proven impact on growth, risk, or efficiency
- Leadership or mentoring experience
- Proactive, sharp, and obsessed with solving problems
- Background in fraud/risk analytics a plus
