We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst who can turn numbers into strategy and insights into impact. You'll lead the charge in building a data-driven culture, spotting trends early, and helping the business grow smarter and faster.
What You'll Do:
- Analyze business and operational data to answer defined business questions.
- Translate analysis into clear insights, implications, and recommended actions.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and performance risks from existing datasets.
- Prepare concise materials for management discussions and decision forums.
- Present findings in a structured, business-friendly manner.
- Support leadership in preparing narratives for management reviews.
- Respond to follow-up questions and refine analysis based on stakeholder feedback.
- Work with existing BI tools / resources to improve dashboard usability and interpretation.
- Partner with data engineering teams to clarify data requirements and definitions.
- Ensure consistency of metrics, logic, and assumptions across analyses.
- Guide junior analysts or dashboard builders on analytical approach, data validation, structuring insights and recommendations.
- Review analysis outputs and provide constructive feedback.
What You Bring:
- 4-7 years experience in data analysis, analytics, or business intelligence.
- Proven experience in framing analysis from loosely defined business questions and delivering insights that informed decisions.
- Strong SQL and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to explain complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Advantage in exposure to management-level presentations.
- Advantage in experience mentoring junior analysts.
- Experience working with distributed or offshore data teams.
