About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Senior Data Engineer to join our Digital & Technology team. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable data infrastructure, integrating data from multiple business systems, and enabling advanced analytics across the business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
- Build and optimize enterprise data warehouses, data lakes, and data marts.
- Integrate data from ERP, CRM, E-Commerce, Finance, Supply Chain, and other business platforms.
- Develop robust data models to support reporting, dashboards, and analytics initiatives.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, governance, and security across all data assets.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows to ensure reliability and performance.
- Drive automation and process improvements to enhance data accessibility and efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members and promote data engineering best practices.
- Support Khind's digital transformation initiatives through innovative data solutions.
