Scope of Work
- Analyze and optimize expensive SQL queries to improve database performance and reduce load times.
- Provide comparison reports detailing loading and processing times for optimized SQL queries.
- Develop complex SQL queries based on business and technical requirements to support data analysis and decision-making.
- Maintain database integrity, performance, and security at optimal levels.
- Conduct performance tuning to ensure systems can efficiently handle increased data volume and user load.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to provide technical support and implement necessary database modifications for project support and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MySQL and database management
- Skilled in SQL query optimization, performance tuning, and complex query development
- Experienced in data analysis using SQL and reporting
- Strong understanding of database integrity, backup procedures, and maintenance best practices
Working Hours & Arrangement
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM [ONSITE]
- On-call support may be required depending on project criticality, which can be offset accordingly
