Responsibilities
- Handle delivery core tasks for complex and non-standard deals and contracts.
- Manage administration and process management activities.
- Represent Deal and Contract Assist (DCA) in defined sales calls.
- Manage and resolve field escalations and internal escalations.
- Develop deep knowledge and subject matter expertise in area-specific contract requirements.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Directly supervise DCA agents and provide day-to-day guidance.
- Conduct performance reviews for DCA agents.
- Drive operations to achieve agreed service levels and KPIs.
- Manage team capacity and workload allocation.
- Handle and resolve pod-level escalations and operational issues.
- Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Deliver insights and reporting through analytics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience working in an international business environment.
- Equivalent experience working in a relevant operations or sales environment (such as sales operations or contract management)
- Strong planning, organizing, and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, especially with sellers.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow policies and processes accurately.
- Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational or service delivery issues.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to generate insights from data.
- Relevant experience in operations, sales operations, contract management, or related environments.
- Fluent in Mandarin language (Simplified & Traditional) to interact with similar counterpart
