Key Responsibilities:
1. Design & Packaging Development
Design and develop packaging for the company's products, including complex artwork updates and packaging adaptations.
Create packaging solutions for customers, including private label projects, ensuring regulatory and brand compliance.
Review and finalize packaging and artwork to ensure they are accurate, compliant, and print-ready.
Ensure consistency and quality across packaging designs and visual materials.
2. Marketing & Creative Support
Support marketing and promotional campaigns through the development of visual materials and presentations.
Contribute to the development of creative concepts and visual solutions aligned with marketing initiatives.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, regulatory, copywriting, suppliers, and production.
Stay updated with design trends, particularly in packaging and FMCG/medical product sectors.
3. Project Coordination & Artwork Management
Coordinate design tasks and timelines for packaging and creative projects.
Support the organization and maintenance of artwork (AWs) files and documentation.
Collaborate with printing suppliers to ensure the accuracy and quality of production materials.
Support the execution of design projects in alignment with internal workflows and project management tools.
4. Quality & Compliance
Compliance with Company's Quality Management System (QMS).
Compliance with Company's Quality Policy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or a related field.
Minimum 57 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in tourism, packaging and product-related industries.
Strong understanding of design, branding, and visual communication principles.
Proven experience developing packaging and visual assets that align with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Advanced proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign on Mac; knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
Strong knowledge of print processes, production standards, colour management, and artwork preparation for production.
Experience in creating and using 3D mock-ups and visual presentations.
Experience in the disposable gloves, medical, or industrial product industry is considered a strong advantage.
Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities, with a high level of attention to detail in typography, image quality, and colour setup.
Ability to coordinate design tasks and support creative project execution across teams.
Strong project organization and time management skills, with the ability to deliver high quality artwork under tight deadlines.
Strong collaboration and communication skills in English, able to work effectively with cross functional teams.
Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and visual presentation is considered an advantage.
Ability to work collaboratively and respectfully within a team-oriented environment.
