Role Overview

We are seeking a highly capable Senior Developer to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications within a complex enterprise environment. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks, backend architecture, and database management, with the ability to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance server-side applications
• Translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions and detailed specifications
• Perform solution design, system integration, and configuration across multiple platforms
• Lead database design, configuration, migration, and performance tuning
• Develop and manage front-end (React / React Native) and back-end (Node.js) components
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical, system integration, and performance issues
• Manage defect fixing related to system enhancements, upgrades, and customizations
• Ensure implementation of secure coding practices, data protection, and system integrity
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Provide timely issue escalation and collaborate with Development Leads for resolution
• Recommend and implement continuous improvements in processes, tools, and technologies

Technical Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in:
• Node.js development
• React.js and/or React Native
• Strong proficiency in: JavaScript & TypeScript
• Asynchronous programming (Promises, event-driven architecture)
• Experience with database design and management (MSSQL or Oracle preferred)
• Solid understanding of: API integration & third-party services
• Authentication mechanisms (e.g., JWT, OAuth)
• Encryption and data security practices
• Experience working in Windows and/or Unix environments
• Hands-on experience with:CRUD operations and database optimization / Cron jobs / scheduled tasks
• File handling operations
• Utility libraries (e.g., lodash)
