Project Description:
Our Client a leading bank in Asia with a global network of more than 500 branches and offices in 19 countries and territories in Asia Pacific, Europe and North America are looking for Consultants to be part of the project
Responsibilities:
1. Application & Workflow Development
• Design, develop, and deploy applications, workflows, forms, and business rules using OpenText AppWorks.
• Build and maintain case management solutions and low code applications.
• Implement workflow automation to streamline business processes.
2. Integration
• Integrate AppWorks applications with external enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
• Connect AppWorks solutions with Content Server, directory services (OTDS/LDAP/AD), and other OpenText products.
3. Testing, Troubleshooting & Maintenance
• Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization of AppWorks applications.
• Troubleshoot system issues and ensure application stability.
• Support deployment of releases, patches, and hotfixes.
4. Collaboration & Documentation
• Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and operational guidelines.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and code reviews.
5. Reporting & Dashboarding
• Build dashboards, reports, and data analytics interfaces for case and workflow insights.
Mandatory Skills Description:
Technical Skills
• 2–5+ years of hands-on OpenText AppWorks development experience
• Strong knowledge of:
o BPM and workflow design
o Case management
o AppWorks entities, data models, and form builders
o Integration via SOAP/REST APIs
o JavaScript, XML, XSLT, JSON, SQL
o Core Java
• Familiarity with:
o OpenText Content Server
o OTDS (Directory Services)
Soft Skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.
Education
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline
