Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled DevSecOps L2 Support Engineer with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in providing Level 2 support within the DevSecOps domain. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in resolving critical support tickets and will be familiar with version control systems such as GitHub and Bitbucket. Excellent communication skills in English are essential for this role, as you will be collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless operations and support.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 support for DevSecOps-related issues, ensuring timely resolution of critical support tickets.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify and troubleshoot issues in the DevSecOps pipeline.
- Utilize GitHub and Bitbucket for version control and code management, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Document support processes and solutions to enhance knowledge sharing within the team.
- Participate in on-call support rotation as needed to address urgent issues.
- Assist in the implementation of security best practices within the DevSecOps framework.
- Continuously improve support processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Mandatory Skills
- Proven experience as a DevSecOps L2 Support Engineer with a focus on critical support ticket resolution.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub and Bitbucket.
- Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Understanding of security compliance frameworks and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in DevSecOps or cloud technologies are a plus.
