Tag is a global creative production studio, part of the Dentsu network, delivering end-to-end marketing content for some of the world's leading brands. This role sits within a dedicated account team supporting a major global consumer goods, cosmetics, and skincare brand on a high-volume creative production for Australia markets.
We are looking for a Senior Designer with a digital-first background and 8 to 10 years of experience producing campaign assets across digital channels to a production-ready standard. This role sits at the intersection of senior creative execution and brand custodianship, where your ability to interpret a brief accurately, apply brand guidelines with precision, and deliver flawless digital assets across multiple platforms and formats will define your value on the account.
You will be the quality gatekeeper for digital on this account, ensuring every asset that leaves the studio is on-brand, technically correct, and platform-ready.

Position Responsibilities
Digital Design & Production
- Produce high-quality campaign assets across a wide range of digital formats including social media graphics and carousels, GIF animation, paid display banners, EDMs and newsletter layouts, ecommerce and retailer banners, landing page visuals, and digital out-of-home adaptations.
- Adapt and resize campaign assets across multiple formats and platform specifications, understanding the differences in how creative performs across Meta, Google Display, programmatic, and digital OOH environments.
- Read briefs critically before starting work. If something is unclear, underspecified, or likely to cause problems downstream, ask the right questions early rather than delivering incorrectly and revising.
- Interpret brief requirements accurately and translate them into production-ready file formats, ensuring all digital technical specifications are met before files are submitted for delivery.
- Maintain clean, well-organised files throughout every project, including version control, correct naming conventions, and tidy handover.
- Prepare and export digital assets to the highest technical standard, correctly sized, correctly formatted, and ready for deployment across each digital channels.
- Produce video adaptations and motion assets including After Effects compositions, ensuring all output meets platform specifications and delivery requirements.
- Work with existing DAM files and localised asset packs, often without original working files. Required to be resourceful, methodical, and able to reconstruct or adapt assets to the required standard without starting from scratch.
Brand Custodianship & Quality Check
- Act as the senior brand custodian for digital on the account, applying brand standards with precision and flagging deviations before they reach the client.
- Own the quality check process for digital output: verify assets against platform specifications, colour profiles, typography, image resolution, and style guidelines before sign-off.
- Work across multiple sub-brands simultaneously without bleeding one visual identity into another, maintaining a clear head across different brand languages and campaign requirements.
- Flag brand inconsistencies or creative drift early, whether in your own work or in assets produced by others and raise them constructively.
- Ensure all design work is aligned with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and market-specific nuances.
- Troubleshoot and resolve digital asset and file delivery issues independently, escalating only where genuinely required.
Team Collaboration & Delivery
- Act as a senior reference point for other designers on the account, reviewing work, providing constructive feedback, and elevating the team's output quality collectively.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level designers on correct file setup, digital production standards, and brand guidelines.
- Support the onboarding of new designers to the account by sharing your working knowledge of the client's brand standards, brief formats, and production requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, Studio Lead, and market-side stakeholders, managing your own queue with enough autonomy that briefs move forward without constant follow-up, across time zones where needed.
- Maintain accurate time and material records across all active projects, ensuring studio trackers and production logs are up to date.
- Ensure daily production output and quality targets are met, managing your own pace and priorities to sustain delivery under volume.
- Contribute actively to team reviews, creative discussions, and internal initiatives that raise the bar on output quality across the studio.
- Office hours from 8am-5pm with occasional flexibility required to support global stakeholders across time zones.
Required Experience & Skills
- 8 to 10 years of experience in advertising, branding, or retail design with a strong and demonstrable digital specialism.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, are mandatory, with working knowledge of specification across digital channels.
- Proficiency in After Effects is required for this role; experience producing video adaptations and motion assets for digital campaigns is essential.
- Basic understanding in Figma would be advantage, this is not a must.
- Exposure to AI-assisted design tools, including Adobe Firefly, generative AI, or automation workflows, would be an advantage.
- Experience working on FMCG, beauty, personal care, or consumer goods accounts is a strong advantage; familiarity with strict brand governance environments is essential.
- Strong eye for detail with a solid foundation in layout, typography, and colour, applied consistently across high-volume digital production output.
- Experience working within cross-market or regional studio structures, coordinating with remote account teams across different time zones.
- Highly organised with strong time management skills, able to handle multiple concurrent projects without compromising quality or missing deadlines.
- Self-directed and collaborative in equal measure; able to move briefs forward independently while working closely with a wider regional team.
- Fluency in English, written and spoken, is mandatory for this role
- A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred, though an exceptional portfolio and equivalent professional experience will be considered
- A strong portfolio demonstrating multi‑channel campaign work across digital is required.
