What your day looks like:
- You'll be brainstorming, conceptualising, ideating, and working with a team to execute creative briefs. Scope includes designing interfaces, social media visuals, video stories, animation, and interactive web experiences.
- You'll be involved in the creative pitches and campaign proposals.
- You'll lead creative campaigns with a team and guide junior designers during execution, ensuring quality across the board.
What you'll bring:
- Required: Knowledge in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, and Web design.
- Required: Solid skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Ps, Ai, Ae, and Xd).
- Nice to haves (but not a must) are Google Web Designer, Figma, and Offeo.
- Understanding of the role design and creativity plays in Social Media Marketing and Digital Advertising.
- Hands-on in generating creative concepts in social and digital campaigns.
- Confident in your creative work and comfortable presenting your proposals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Have strong creative vision and is able to articulate creative rationale aligned with brand and user perspective.
- Played a key role in crafting compelling pitch narratives and creative proposals for clients.
- Experienced in mentoring junior team members and independently managing brand accounts.
- Proactive. You're all about taking the first step and exploring new solutions,
- Collaborative. Listening, written, and verbal communication is something you're comfortable with.
- Curious. You've got an insatiable wonder for all things creative and technology and where the two merge.
- We prefer 4 years of working experience from advertising agencies background, but candidates with informal alternatives (such as side projects) and portfolios showcasing this are welcome to apply!
