Job Description
- Develop and execute digital engagement strategies to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative technology solutions.
- Monitor and analyze digital engagement metrics to optimize performance.
- Identify emerging trends in digital technology to improve customer interaction.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of digital content aligned with business objectives.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Digital Engagement Executive should have:
- A background in technology, marketing, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in managing owned digital properties and platforms including content management systems (Drupal preferred) and SEO
- Ability to deliver an engaging and effective digital customer experience through knowledge of CX, UX and design thinking principles
- Knowledge of Optimizely and experience with setting up A/B tests
- Experience and understanding of digital analytics, GA4 preferred
- Strong analytical skills and ability to provide strategic recommendations motivated by data
- Experience working in an international multi-brand company with multiple stakeholders is advantageous.
- Problem solving capabilities and a positive can do attitude
- Strong communication skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
