  • Dissect briefs from the brand or project team and develop timelines and execution strategies including internal coordination, WIP slides and ClickUp tasks.
  • Manage end-to-end digital projects not limited to social media, microsite development, digital media platform and ads buy (Meta, Linkedin, Tiktok, Google).
  • Communicate closely with the project team to ensure project statuses are on track and updated regularly.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to create consistent, meaningful content on all relevant digital platforms, to achieve desired objectives.
  • Using analytical tools to keep track, monitor and evaluate the clients digital presence and campaign performance.
  • Prepare reports on digital marketing efforts and suggest recommendations to adjust strategies for optimal results.
  • Stay up to date on best practices and emerging trends in digital marketing.
  • Involvement in pitches via research and development of digital strategy that aligns with clients objectives, either as lead or checker.
  • Timely reports and status updates to manager on project statuses.
  • Guide interns and junior members of the digital team.

Job Requirement

  • Have good command of English, both verbally and in writing.
  • At least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Mass Communication or equivalent.
  • 3+ years working at an advertising, public relations or in-house agency.
  • Well-versed and/or with experience in executing in various digital touchpoints such as, but not limited to, social media platforms, websites, e-commerce, and more.
  • A team player who is also able to work independently and take strong accountability and ownership in task and deliverables.
  • Good organization, planning skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to interact confidently with clients at a senior level.
  • Ability to conduct research, analyze data and work on presentations.
  • Strong negotiation and account management skill with an ability to plan and prioritise.
  • Effective persuasive skill through verbal and written communications.
  • Passionate and curious about digital marketing efforts in various touch points including, but not only limited to, social media platforms, microsites, e-commerce, and more.
  • Capable to multi-task, prioritize, manage time efficiency, work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
