We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Senior Digital Marketer / Growth Performance Manager to join our team. If you are an all-rounder digital marketer with a passion for driving results across various channels, we want to hear from you!

Job Overview

This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategy. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in a wide range of digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth, increasing brand awareness, and improving ROI through effective digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Design and build sales funnels, email sequences, and automation flows for webinars, digital products and memberships.
  • Lead copywriters and designers to create and implement integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the team to manage and optimize digital marketing channels including SEM, PPC, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing, content marketing, and more.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to improve and optimize.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and incorporate them into our strategies.

Key Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 years proven experience in digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in email marketing, running ads, and content marketing.
  • Problem-solving prowess and excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail is second nature to you.
  • Proficiency in English; Mandarin is a plus.
  • Target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving marketing objectives and KPIs.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions
  • Knowledge of AI tools and technologies in marketing is a plus.

Working hour: Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday 9.30am to 1.00pm
