Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee all aspects of B2C digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc. search, display, paid social, and retargeting) from planning to execution.
- Develop and implement digital strategies to achieve business goals (brand awareness, lead generation, conversion).
- Manage SEO/SEM strategies, website traffic growth, and lead generation optimization.
- Mentor and guide junior executive to ensure effective campaign execution.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (designers, agencies, partners) for high-quality campaign output.
- Manage campaign budgets, KPIs, and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights for management.
- Lead and support cross-department projects (GA tracking, app analytics, website revamp, marketing-tech integrations) to align digital with overall business objectives.
- Monitor competitor ads, promotions, and digital channels, and recommend actionable strategies.
- Research user behavior, market trends, and suggest campaign opportunities.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and new marketing tools.
Requirements- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 46 years of proven hands-on experience in digital marketing campaign management.
- Strong knowledge of paid ads campaign setup and optimisation, SEO/SEM, analytics tools (Google Analytics/GA4, social media platforms).
- Experience in app analytics is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and project management capabilities.
- Able to work independently, take ownership of projects, and mentor junior executives.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
