Key Responsibilities
Search & Website Optimization (SEO, AEO & GEO)
- Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and website performance
- Drive next-generation search optimization including Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
- Optimize content for AI-powered search platforms and evolving search behaviours
- Manage technical SEO activities including schema markup, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and crawl optimization
- Conduct performance analysis and provide actionable insights to improve search rankings and traffic growth
Digital & Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain corporate social media platforms across multiple channels
- Track engagement trends, audience growth, and content performance
- Support brand reputation monitoring and proactive issue management in digital channels
- Deliver regular performance reporting with insights and recommendations
Digital Growth & Transformation
- Support regional digital campaigns and cross-market initiatives
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to execute digital strategies
- Contribute to digital transformation initiatives leveraging AI, automation, and emerging technologies
- Ensure consistency in digital governance, guidelines, and best practices across markets
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, or digital communications
- Strong hands-on expertise in SEO tools and analytics platforms(e.g. Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Talkwalker)
- Experience managing multi-market or regional digital campaigns
- Good understanding of AI in marketing, search evolution, and digital transformation trends
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
