The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will work with the head of marketing/ marketing manager and be responsible for driving D2C sales and B2B Lead gen, primarily for the US market. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO and AEO for LLM models as well as being able to set up a metrics tracking system to report to stakeholders regularly.
Duties and responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels (search, social, display, programmatic, etc.)
- Lead SEO and AEO strategy, including technical SEO audits, keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and structured data implementation to maximize organic and answer engine visibility
- Leverage AI-driven platforms and LLM tools to generate content briefs, identify search trends and scale content production for both traditional SEO and answer engine optimization
- Integrate AI-enablement across SEO/AEO workflows, including automated content generation, meta tag optimization, competitor analysis, and semantic search targeting
- Manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, etc.): planning, execution, budget allocation, bid management, and ongoing optimization for maximum ROI
- Analyze and interpret data from Google Analytics and other analytics platforms to measure campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and report on KPIs
- Measure and report on key metrics for content marketing performance across all social channels, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Support the creation of targeted lead magnets, gated content, and landing pages to attract and convert B2B decision-makers in the US market for our products and services, such as in the property management industry
- Drive high-quality, qualified B2B leads to the US sales team using a mix of strategic account targeting, retargeting, and inbound strategy
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign alignment
- Coordinate closely with sales and partnerships to ensure alignment on lead criteria, qualification, and nurturing workflows
Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution
- Proven track record of growing Shopify, Amazon, or similar eCommerce channels, ideally in the US
- Highly self-driven and resourceful, thrives in a fast-paced environment, proactively seeks and tests emerging platforms
- Strong understanding of digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc
- Deep knowledge of both traditional SEO and emerging AEO practices, including optimization for AI-powered search engines (e.g., Google SGE, ChatGPT, Perplexity)
- Strong familiarity with AI-based SEO tools and platforms, and the ability to leverage AI to generate, test, and scale content strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze AI search behavior trends and adapt content and metadata strategies for AI-generated answers and conversational queries
- Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or AI marketing platforms is a strong plus
