Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced and hands-on Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to support and execute end-to-end digital marketing programs for the SME segment. This role focuses on driving customer acquisition, improving online conversion, and supporting churn reduction through well-executed, data-driven digital campaigns.
The role blends strong execution skills with analytical thinking, covering paid media, SEO, owned platforms, social media, digital analytics, and marketing automation. The successful candidate will work closely with Brand, Data, Product, and external partners to deliver measurable digital performance outcomes
Your work life:
- Create a new digital marketing strategy which will include all conventional digital channels (web, app, e-mail, affiliates, etc.) to increase customer acquisition and reduce churn.
- This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution across paid media, SEO, conversion optimization, digital analytics, and marketing automation.
- Revamp the measurement system and tools to monitor online performance.
- Drive the usage data to improve segmenting and targeting together with the data team.
- Develop new and enhance existing platforms, primarily owned media towards converting prospect leads.
- Work closely with the Brand team and external creative agencies on aligning SME communication across all digital touchpoints and to ensure successful execution of brand-led digital marketing Initiatives.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content calendar across all platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc) to drive engagement and awareness.
- Monitor and evaluate KPIs such as conversion rates, click-through rates (CTR), social engagement rates, return of investments and brand sentiment to refine strategies.
To be considered, you'll need:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing or any other related field.
- Experience:
- Preferably 4 - 8 years in digital marketing scope.
- Track record of growing online sales of physical products or services as a part of the sales organization (not an agency)
- Skills:
- Digital marketing techniques and methods.
- Able to craft a comprehensive digital marketing strategy.
- Able to benchmark online acquisition of SME products (traffic funnel statistics, cost).
- Understanding of a modern digital marketing technology stack and track record of setting it up from very limited base.
