Senior Digital PMO (Website/App)

This is not a junior or learning role. We are looking for an experienced PMO who can step in, take ownership, and run delivery with confidence.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on web and app projects. You will collaborate closely with functional leadership across design, technology, digital performance, and creative teams to ensure delivery is coordinated, accountable, and predictable. This role exists to stabilise delivery, reduce leadership overload, and raise overall execution standards across projects.

• You are not a messenger PMO you are expected to think, decide, and act.
• Own end-to-end delivery of web and app projects (requirements design development UAT launch post-launch)
• Act as the primary delivery point of contact for clients and partners
• Control scope, timelines, risks, and delivery expectations
• Enforce agreed SOW, milestones, and delivery standards
• Identify scope creep early and manage it decisively
• Escalate delivery risks with clear options and recommendations
• Coordinate delivery execution with functional leads (UX, Tech, Digital Performance, Creative)
• Maintain delivery documentation, timelines, task breakdowns, and reporting
• Support leadership by keeping projects stable, predictable, and under control

• You will work closely with the Digital Solution Manager (DSM) to ensure delivery matches the proposal and our benchmarks
• You will have authority to manage scope, timelines, and delivery discipline
• Client-caused delays or scope changes must be surfaced early with impact visibility
• Internal delivery delays are managed decisively with functional leads
• Resource risks or overload must be anticipated early and escalated for resolution
• Delivery ownership is clear who causes the problem owns the fix.

• You will initially report to senior leadership during onboarding
• Upon stabilisation, you will operate independently with escalation support
• You will be supported by a Junior PMO, who will report to you and learn under your guidance
• This role is designed as a lead PMO position, not an individual contributor working in isolation.

• Minimum 47 years of experience in digital project management or PMO roles
• Proven experience delivering website and/or web application projects end-to-end
• Experience working in a web or digital agency environment is strongly preferred
• Strong client-facing delivery experience
• Solid understanding of UX, development workflows, UAT, and launch processes
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, multi-project environments
• Strong ownership mindset, communication skills, and delivery discipline
