Scope of the Role:

We are seeking professionals to join our dynamic and rapidly growing digital performance team. This is an exciting opportunity with extensive learning curve. As a Senior Performance Specialist, you will be responsible for Search campaign creation and optimizing. This position will also work with Planning teams and Agencies to ensure strategic optimization initiatives are met.

The Role Requires You To:

  • Work with the media planning team to service clients and provide solutions with experienced technical and analytical digital knowledge.
  • Execute campaigns with accuracy, monitoring campaign budgets and performance pacing regularly, ensuring campaigns run accordingly and exceed KPIs.
  • Manage and execute performance reporting.
  • Provide ongoing detailed reporting and media learnings and offer campaign optimization recommendations with a justified point of view on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Support the media planning team on digital performance campaigns, including strategy, planning, audience insights, and recommendations.
  • Understand the client's business well and establish relevant and valuable digital KPIs.
  • Assist with marketing briefs, communication objectives, consumer insights, and competitive scenarios. Strategies include online mobile, and other digital activities (such as SEM, paid social, display, video, mobile, and programmatic buying) to strategize multiple segments of interest, affinity, and demographics, including remarketing lists.
  • Stay up to date with the latest market and industry trends to ensure digital innovation and novelty remain at the forefront.

Required Skills or Attributes:

  • Min. 3-4 years in digital performance or digital marketing experience
  • Extensive execution knowledge in platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, TikTok, and SEM. Experience with DV360, LinkedIn, and X are an added advantage.
  • Strong and confident articulation and communication skills
  • Always seeking new ideas/ inspirations to bring fresh perspectives to client work.
  • Able to challenge and provide intelligent feedback to clients and key stakeholders.
  • Strong people management skills, able to work well in a collaborative and dynamic environment, with excellent problem-solving and time management abilities.
  • Strong data interpretation and analytical skills.
  • Having experience in client servicing and digital media planning is an added advantage.
  • Demonstrate genuine passion and curiosity in our client & their business.
