Maintain and update all document in the electronic system (Autodesk Construction Cloud).
Establish ISO document control procedures.
Support teams in uploading, retrieving, and managing documents in electronic system (i.e. Autodesk Construction Cloud).
Coordinate, monitor and control the movement, filing and archiving of all technical documents with the objective of ensuring compliance to project management procedures.
Manage the Document Control Procedure for the project for the efficient management and recording.
Assist to develop electronic filing and archive system and technical library for easy to issuance, storage, retrieval and management of documents that must be controlled and kept for the project requirement.
Manage the Document Numbering Procedure for the project.
Assist the Information Management Procedure for the project.
Ensure that the Record Management of technical documentation of the project is in order.
Create the Document Distribution Matrix plan and be the focal point to all users.
Be the focal point for all correspondence between the project team and contractors.
Assist in Project Documentation Handover Plan.
Assist to create and implement flowchart related to Document Control Function.
Undertake any other ad hoc projects/ duties assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field, or an equivalent diploma.
At least 5 years experience in document management
Prior knowledge in document control in engineering environment is an added advantage
Proactive with good in organizing and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Have work flexibility and able to work efficiently under pressure.
A strong focus on detail and accuracy to maintain documents and reports.
