Senior Education Consultant

TJS Studysteps is a leading international education consultancy headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We support students from the Middle East, South Asia, and China in securing admissions to top Malaysian universities.

With a strong and fast-growing presence across the GCC, especially in Saudi Arabia, TJS Studysteps is expanding its team to enhance student outreach, partnerships, and regional engagement.

We are hiring a Senior Education Consultant for our operations in Jeddah and Riyadh.

This role is ideal for an experienced, student-focused professional who understands the Saudi market and is passionate about guiding students toward international education opportunities.

As a Senior Education Consultant, you will:

• Advise students and families throughout the admissions journey
• Represent TJS Studysteps at events, fairs, and school visits
• Manage student applications end-to-end
• Work closely with our headquarters in Kuala Lumpur and our GCC marketing teams to ensure a seamless, high-quality student experience

• Provide expert counselling on Malaysian universities, programs, admissions, and visa procedures
• Conduct consultations in-person and through WhatsApp, calls, and online meetings
• Represent TJS Studysteps at education fairs, school visits, partner meetings, and community events in Jeddah or Riyadh
• Manage and process applications with accurate documentation and timely follow-up
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners
• Achieve monthly and quarterly recruitment targets with strong conversion performance
• Support marketing and lead-generation activities through consistent follow-ups
• Provide market insights and regular reports to management
• Maintain TJS Studysteps service standards with professionalism, empathy, and student-first communication

• 23+ years of experience in education consultancy, student recruitment, sales, or advisory roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with Saudi students and families
• Fluent in Arabic (required) and proficient in English
• Proven track record of meeting targets and managing client relationships
• Strong understanding of the Saudi education environment and student preferences
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple student cases
• Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia for events and school outreach
• Familiarity with CRM systems and WhatsApp-based communication is an advantage

• Must be based in Saudi Arabia
• Fluent in Arabic & English
• 23+ years of experience in education consultancy, sales, or student recruitment
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Ability to travel for school visits and outreach events
