The Senior Education Counsellor SRE-PG for assessing, planning, developing opportunities, and executing recruitment strategies to attract postgraduate students, in alignment with the annual and long-term goals set by Taylor's University.
In addition, the role encompasses the development and management of corporate-sponsored and partnership student recruitment efforts. This includes identifying and cultivating relationships with industry partners, government bodies, and other external stakeholders to drive enrolments from the corporate and professional segments.
She/he is accountable for achieving individual targets for both postgraduate and corporate-sponsored/partnership enrolments, contributing to the broader institutional goals of Taylor's University and Taylor's College.
She/he is also responsible for supporting the achievement of team sales targets by actively contributing to the department's sales pipeline (Leads, Contacts, Appointments, Visits, Enrolments, and Registrations) for postgraduate programmes, ensuring alignment with the overall sales objectives of Taylor's University.

MINIMUM ACADEMIC/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION
Degree in Business/Management/Marketing or related discipline
RELATED EXPERIENCE
At least five (5) years of working experience in marketing, promotion, and public relations in a target driven sales environment
COMPETENCIES (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES)
Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin, both written and spoken Knowledge of and skills in using computer software e.g. Microsoft software applications
