What will you do
You will be responsible for brand education strategy, ongoing development of all education activities & delivering brand education KPIs.
You are expected to manage the following:
Create and execute HUB Education strategy and annual education plan
Organize key education events together with the Education Coordinator and with the Brand.
Roll out the education strategy (on/offline/in the field): the efficiency, quality & coherence with brand image, following of brand guidelines
Relay education content to Activation Manager & assures the drive of education activities and their visibility in communication channels
Analyze the performance of the education efforts in all channels & gathers regular feedback and track performance
Report education KPIs to Brand Leader in a clear, structured and strategical manner
Own & Strictly follow up the Brands Education budget and allocation of Education Experts
Drive the education transformation: assures continuous education development
Relay education content & assures the drive of education activities and their visibility in communication channels
Shares experience & best practice with the Education Tribe members
In case of multibrand education projects, take the initiative and lead the project on division level.
Who are we looking for
Passion for make-up business with experience
Min. 5+ years and field/business development experience.
Native Mandarin and fluent English is key.
Independent and proactive personality with excellent communication skills.
Experience with team leading is an advantage.
