Job Description:
- Design and develop electrical & control system for high-speed automated machines.
- Perform electrical components evaluation and data collection.
- Perform motor tuning and data collection.
- Provide machine electrical hardware troubleshooting and support.
- Prepare engineering documentation including wiring diagram, checklists, DCN, SOP, user manual and guidelines.
- Manage and keep all lab tools & equipment clean and tidy (5S).
- Identify and implement hardware improvement to enhance product performance.
- Train and mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing.
- Provide technical expertise in control system and hardware development.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering in Electronics / Electrical / Mechatronics with second upper class or above.
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in relevant field for Senior Development Engineer.
- Experience in Die Bonder design and synchronized / gantry motion control (MUST) . Strong preferred candidate with experienced in NRTL/CE electrical design and SEMI S2/S8 standards .
- Proficiency in SolidWorks / DraftSight is an added advantage.
- Good working relationship and positive work attitude, self-motivated with ability to work independently and in team environment.
