About The Job
- Lead the design, coordination, and delivery of electrical building services (MV/LV, lighting, power, ELV systems).
- Manage and review electrical design documentation, drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless project integration.
- Mentor junior engineers and oversee quality of work produced.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and sustainability requirements.
- Participate in site inspections and resolve technical issues during construction.
Skills/requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Professional registration (PE/PEng/MIEM).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical building services design.
- Proven experience in commercial, industrial, or mixed-use developments, experience with data centers will be an added advantage.
- Familiar with Malaysian and international standards (e.g., MS IEC, TNB guidelines, Green Building standards).
- Proficient in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Dialux/Relux, or ETAP.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
