Senior Electrical Manager (HQ-Mid Valley)

Job Description & List of Duties and Responsibilities:

With good knowledge in design, cost estimation and familiar with tendering process and prior experience in Electrical Engineering.

Minimum experience : 8 years

To design high, medium and low voltage electrical distribution and generation system; including to produce single line diagram, electrical load list, cable sizing, design for lighting and small power, motor starter circuitry, lightning and earthing system, etc.

With good knowledge in design, cost estimation and familiar with tendering process and prior experience in Electrical Engineering.

Advice and design based on relevant engineering authority standards requirements to design for client/ tender project.

To attend and explain technical specifics to sub-contractors, clients, discussion and meetings.

To support branches/projects engineering operating.

To liaise and coordinate with authorities/consultant for site inspection and approval.

To prepare project forecast budget, margin, calculation & documentation.

Study, highlight and resolve any discrepancies of drawings, BQ and specifications.

To monitor construction projects to ensure that procedures, materials, and equipment comply with approved project plans, specifications, and samples, owner standards and quality.

Resolve any site problems should any arise.

Project Scheduling, planning and monitoring work progress to ensure timely completion.
