Frazer Jones is pleased to partner with a well‑established global organisation to appoint a Senior Employee Relations Advisor to be based in Kuala Lumpur. This role offers the opportunity to influence the organisation's employee relations agenda across the region, contributing to fair and consistent workplace practices, policy enhancement, risk mitigation, and capability building.

Reporting to the Head of Employee Relations, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of ER matters from end to end. This includes supporting leaders and employees through complex or sensitive situations such as performance concerns, grievances, misconduct, conflict resolution, and other workplace issues. The role spans day‑to‑day advisory work as well as cases that require deeper judgement, confidentiality, and the ability to remain objective under pressure. You will also coach and develop people managers, helping them build the capability to manage ER matters effectively through targeted training, advisory support, and ongoing upskilling.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with 8 to 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least five years specialising in employee relations or people advisory work within the APAC region. You should come with a strong knowledge of employment legislation, regulatory requirements, and ER best practices across the region. Strong communication, investigation, and stakeholder‑management capabilities are essential.
