About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer (After Sales) or a fresh graduate who is eager to learn to join our Service Department. You will play a key role in supporting customers, resolving HVAC/chiller technical issues, and ensuring smooth service operations across local and international markets.
What You Will Do
- Provide remote and onsite technical support for HVAC/chiller products.
- Lead advanced diagnostics, repairs, and testing for escalated cases.
- Work closely with R&D, Quality, and Production teams to drive product improvements.
- Prepare and maintain service documentation, manuals, and technical bulletins.
- Support warranty evaluations, parts verification, and replacement logistics.
- Manage SAP documentation (SO, DO, PGI) and coordinate shipments.
- Analyze service data and customer reports to identify trends and propose corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics).
- Minimum 5 years experience in HVAC field service or technical support.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in chiller systems.
- Ability to read Chinese technical documents (speaking not required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP (preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English and Malay, with a collaborative team spirit.
