Senior Engineer/Engineer, Battery Energy Storage System (BESS)

Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and technically skilled engineers to join us for the end-to-end technical execution of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects. This includes technical solution development, project implementation, and ongoing technical support. The role requires strong engineering acumen, hands-on experience with BESS technologies, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in electrical/power engineering or related fields, with a keen interest in battery technologies and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze tender documents and contribute to bid strategy and documentation.
• Support project feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses.
• Prepare technical documentation and drawings for tender submissions, including AC/DC single-line diagrams and system layouts.
• Review and clarify technical specifications in RFQs and ensure compliance with client requirements and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate cable sizing, routing, and tie-in to existing transmission infrastructure.
• Provide on-site support during installation, testing, and commissioning phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Power Engineering, or a related field.
• 24 years of relevant experience in power systems, electrical installations, or energy sector.
• Familiarity with energy metering systems, communication protocols, and BESS technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
