  • Own uptime and OEE for wire bond equipment, ensuring rapid recovery from alarms,breakdownsand chronic losses.

  • Define,maintain, andoptimizeproduction equipment to ensure availability to support varying needs depending on production loading.

  • Execute preventive and predictive maintenance, including transducer health checks,varioustypesof machinealignmentsand calibration.

  • Track the sustenance ofheater blocks and window clampsthrough regular inspectionsto control rejection rate / cost control.

  • Work with QA to ensure wire bond SPC forwirepull andballshear, drive 8D/CAPA on NSOP, lifted bond, heel crack, stitch open, and pad damage failure modes.

  • Coordinate with Production/PE/QA on excursions, MRB and OCAP, and provide audit/customer support documentation.

  • Manage critical spares and consumables (wireclamps,transducers &machinesboards) and engage OEM/vendor FSE for complex repairs and system management such as Sky Eye andKNeXT.

  • Lead continuous improvement/DOE to improve MTBF/MTTR, firstpass yield, andconsumablescost per unit.
