Responsible for IFMY FM project management, including infrastructure and machine hook-up projects.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Act as project lead, coordinating with cross-functional team members to achieve project deliverables in terms of cost, schedule and quality.
- Lead risk assessments and actively manage project risks to ensure the company's interests are well protected.
- Develop, coordinate, and lead assigned projects from the initiation phase through to final closure and handover.
- Responsible for project functions including, but not limited to, project management, site management, project cost control, engineering management, procurement, and construction management.
- Ensure accurate and timely project reporting.
- Assist with project QA/QC activities, including site management, system commissioning, and documentation.
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical) or other relevant field, with demonstrated capability in this area.
- 3–5 years of related experience in facilities management, services or engineering.
- Experience in facility management business process flows, especially in project management.
- Technical knowledge of facility systems such as HVAC, cleanrooms, utilities, electrical systems, etc.
- Familiarity with relevant legal requirements, especially those related to construction site regulations.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project, and other project management tools.
- Understanding of and ability to demonstrate and perform risk assessments for processes, equipment, and new designs using FMECA/FMEA.
- Familiar with the 8D methodology mindset, covering root cause analysis tools, the 7 QC tools, and decision-making processes.
- Knowledge of infrastructure system acceptance and testing (testing & commissioning, buy-off, change management, etc.).
