Lead and contribute to cross-functional productivity projects to improve equipment performance and utilization.
Drive OEE/IEE improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis of downtime, speed losses, and quality-related impacts in close collaboration with process engineering, maintenance, and production.
Profile description:
Bachelor degree / Diploma/ Master degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
At least 3 years of working experience in semiconductor or high-tech industry.
Understanding and application of industrial engineering tools and methodology. Experience in data analysis and improvement projects.
Professional knowledge in Semiconductor capacity planning & Data analytics and data systems.
Understanding and application of broad range of industrial engineering tools (ie. OEE, Golden Tool, Work measurement, Simulation, Process Mapping, Operations Research, WIP Flow Management & etc.); Statistics Knowledge & SPC, IE Timestudies.
Knowledge in Power BI, Database Knowledge.
Work together with local industrial engineering and production departments in Asia and Europe.
