Responsible for establishing standard time; plant layout; material standard; headcount standard, productivity improvement programs, cost model and IE data management for SA and RPT
In your new role you will:
- Conduct standard validations, time studies, method studies, data collection to determine IE standard and productivity improvement
- Study operations sequence, material flow, labor utilization and cost analysis to promote manufacturing efficiency
- Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements and production standards
- Drive process improvements and work within a team to resolve problems
- Update / review / maintain of IE database (iBID, iTFM)
- Draft and design layout of equipment, materials and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency, using drafting tools and computer
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Preferable Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering
- More than 4 years of related semiconductor assembly experience in Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering
- Experience in work study, plant layout, material standard and headcount modeling
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to interact with individuals at various levels of the organization
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple and concurrent priorities
- Good analytical skills, communication and presentation skills
