Manages manufacturing and/or production operations including assembly, machinery, processing and/or packaging. Sets production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply, staffing resources, and volume required to meet demand and to ensure maximum production quantity and quality.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Conduct standard validations, time studies, method studies, data collection to determine IE standard and productivity improvement.
- Study operations sequence, material flow, labor utilization and cost analysis to promote manufacturing efficiency.
- Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements and production standards.
- Drive process improvements and work within a team to resolve problems.
- Update / review / maintain of IE database (iBID, iTFM).
- Draft and design layout of equipment, materials and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency, using drafting tools and computer.
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Preferable Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of related semiconductor assembly experience in Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering.
- Experience in work study, plant layout, material standard and headcount modeling .
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to interact with individuals at various levels of the organization .
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple and concurrent priorities.
- Proficient in PC applications and AutoCAD.
