Ensure QA/QC standards are met to reduce site rework and defects
Review and approve technical drawings (AutoCAD/BIM) and oversee site progress.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Provide regular project updates to management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must have degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience inproject management within the construction, plumbing, or water infrastructure industry.
Strong experience in mechanical and civil coordination, with hands-on involvement in site execution and project delivery.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects or sites simultaneously, including handling timelines, budgets, and subcontractors.
Solid knowledge of QA/QC processes, construction standards, compliance requirements, and technical drawings (AutoCAD/BIM).
Strong technical understanding of construction processes, materials, and building regulations.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation skills with the ability to manage site challenges effectively.
Proficient in project management tools and software.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in English and Malay.
Willing to travel & relocate (KL /Selangor / Negeri Sembilan)
Willing to be based in Johor for project assignments, depending on project requirements.
