Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Lead transfer projects as project manager or lead the volume core team in a global, multi-cultural setup; leading virtual teams from the relevant manufacturing sites, Engineering, Finance, Marketing and Quality
- Contribute to product ramp-up (after transfer) and ensure whole product lifetime considering the technical capabilities of corresponding sites (FE and BE)
- Post qualification ownership for product/system and change management across all functional areas after production release
- Act as business project leader for product transfers for defined product portfolio
- Operationally contribute to the focus teams in case of production/quality deviations in FE or BE with clear root cause, if delivery impact is expected
- Define and implement supply chain and production concepts, integrate logistical requirements during product definition
- Identify yield detractors through electrical and data analysis and drive containment actions
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- A degree in Electronical Engineering or in Physics
- At least 3 years of functional experience in the semiconductor industry in manufacturing, R&D, Supply Chain
- Experience in working in multicultural organizations
- Knowledge & experience in industry environment of semiconductor manufacturing & automation; knowledge of industry standards, benchmarks and competitors
- A high degree of analytical skills: structuring of complex situations considering dependencies and priorities
- Experience with the implementation of innovative solutions in technology and product development, manufacturing, product transfer and conversions/changes
- Fluent skills in English
