Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Good working knowledge of acceleration models used for operating life predictions and industry standard reliability test methods especially for non-volatile memory cell endurance write-erase cycling preferred.
- Working knowledge on software system to configure new device setup and generate Endurance write-erase cycling and HTOL (High Temperature Operating Life) stress test flows as per qualification/ engineering request requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot device failures and update to enhance stress test flows or hardware set-up if required
- New biased Endurance write-erase cycling and HTOL stress board setup and verification to support lab operation.
- Strong analytical problem solving skills, excellent multi-tasking skills and the ability to interact with cross functional team members.
- Responsible to handle Memory Test System and work on issues / improvement for new products and qualification requirements.
- Work on new reliability stress equipment set-up and buyoff.
- Knowledge to support reliability stress test equipment enhancement, troubleshoot and repair.
- Communicates effectively and coordinate tasks with internal team and external subcontractors.
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Masters or Degree in relevant fields of Electronics/ Electrical/ Physics/ Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 – 3 years of working experience in semiconductor reliability engineering or any equivalent field.
- Knowledge of non-volatile memory and device operation is preferred.
- Knowledge in JEDEC, AEC-100 and other relevant reliability standards are required.
- Good communication (written and verbal) and ability to lead and organize projects.
- Must work well both independently and in a cross-functional teams.
