Are you passionate about solving technical challenges and supporting clients across the region We're looking for a dynamic Service Support Engineer to join our team and be the bridge between our products and our valued affiliates across Asia-Pacific.
What You'll Do:
As a Service Support Engineer, you will:
- Support Our Affiliates: Provide technical assistance to our affiliates in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Taiwan, Cambodia, and Myanmar.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot chiller systems, working closely with other departments to solve client problems effectively.
- Warranty Support: Investigate failures, provide logical and reasonable feedback to the factory, and implement countermeasures.
- Service Business Development: Help develop service tools, plan, and expand AP service business in the region.
What We're Looking For:
- A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics) or equivalent from a reputable institution with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 (Second Class Upper or higher).
- Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of customer needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- HVAC knowledge is a plusbut passion and problem-solving drive matter most!
