Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- We are looking for a technology development engineer who will be driving innovations on technology, device and system level, shaping the next generations of High-Voltage Power Devices as part of a global development team
- Develop new voltages classes and broadening the functionality of the existing products
- Support the ramp up and yield learning phase of new technology platforms like CoolSiC or JFET together with the process integration group
- Closely collaborate with PSS production management, unit process and process integration engineers of FAB Kulim
- Develop new MOSFET generations, define together with TCAD and application experts the features of the upcoming generations
- Define unit process requirements along the technology roadmap together with unit process development engineers
- Plan, coordinate and evaluate process experiments including statistical DoEs and ensure process window
- Implement improvement regarding cost, yield and stability with change management processes and/or technology projects
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- A university degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Material Sciences or comparable
- Experience in technology development or process integration as advantage
- Sound knowledge in the field of semiconductor process technology and semiconductor device physics
- Sound knowledge of statistics and design of experiments
- Knowledge of MOSFET technologies and product portfolio of Infineon is an advantage
- Excellent English communication skills
