Key responsibilities in your new role
- Responsible to deliver test package of NPI for defined Product Lines
- Responsible and drive for final test yield stability and continuous improvement per assigned technology/package
- Interface to DIV and ensure technical capabilities and stable ramp-up of new product
- Support and drive BE productivity, ratio projects, and quality initiatives
- Responsible and drive robust test program release to production
- Support FAR data acquisition, yield analysis, and 8D execution
- Ensure SPO test program readiness and drive ES CT improvement
- Interface to FE PE, GPE & BU TE/PRE/PRM for test or product relevant topics
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Physics/Chemistry or any other relevant engineering discipline
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in related fields
- Few years of experience in product, yield, and test engineering
- Board knowledge in wafer fab process, assembly, and quality system
